We are a cabin rental agency and property management company located in Island Park and a short drive from Yellowstone Park.
We are proud to give people from near and far an amazing Island Park experience! We offer several beautiful cabins for people to enjoy while coming to visit Yellowstone National Park, snowmobiling and ATV/UTV trips, or a weekend getaway.

Growth opportunities Opporutnities to learn Automony As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining the physical condition of buildings, common areas, and grounds.
You will work closely with property managers and other team members to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and tenants.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and tenants, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and repair issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, fixing leaks, and replacing faulty light fixtures.
Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred.
Coordinate and supervise the work of external contractors and vendors for major repairs and renovations.
Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of buildings and equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop, ensuring that all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably in a property management or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
Effective communication skills to interact with residents, tenants, and team members.
Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to follow them diligently.
